What's the best way to get to the block party? By Bike!

This year, we've got a dedicated bike corral in the upper lot of the Rice Public Library. No need to worry about parking, just zip straight to the front of the line. Please remember to bring a lock, and if you don't want to be a permanent blockhead, wear a helmet. You can also park at one of the satellite lots and ride your bike from there! KCC, Traip, The Post Office and York Hospital.

Like great music? We've got a spectacular lineup. How about farm animals? Stop by the petting farm at We Care Cleaners. Action more your thing? Come to one of the 3 shows that Timber Tina and her Lumberjack show are putting on. All this and lots of kids entertainment, incredible food, and arts and crafts from some of our local artisans.

Ever tried log rolling? How about ax throwing? What about ax catching? Yeah, neither have we. Once again, Timber Tina is bringing her fantastic Great Maine Lumberjack Show down to the heart of the oldest town in Maine. Multiple shows with great entertainers will amaze and delight the whole family. Wander across the square to the shipyard entrance and get your seat early. And bring your earplugs!

Selfie shortcomings?
We're here to help.

Trouble getting a good selfie? Always cutting heads off? Stop trying to get those alligator arms out far enough, or, heaven forbid, having to carry a selfie stick. This year we have a free photo booth to help you capture those memories. Look for the Photo Booth signs and keep the smiles coming.

The talent show is back thanks to the hard work of KBP volunteers. Come by the Second Christian Congregational United Church of Christ on Government Street at 7pm to catch the show. And there's still time to join the lineup of performers! If interested, fill out the form on our talent show page.
