"Sorry, folks, Park's Closed. Moose out front should've told ya."
To All Our Loyal Blockheads!
It’s with a heavy heart that we make this announcement: We are canceling the Kittery Block Party scheduled for June 20, 2020 in the interest of public health. When we started KBP ten years ago it was our mission to throw a great party to celebrate everything that makes our little town a great place to be. Along the way we’ve managed to do that and raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local non-profits. Every year gets better and better. We’re not going to lie, canceling this party makes us seriously sad. We will be back! In the meantime, please take good care of yourself and others.
What's the best way to get to the block party? By Bike!
This year, we've got a dedicated bike corral in the upper lot of the Rice Public Library. No need to worry about parking, just zip straight to the front of the line. Please remember to bring a lock, and if you don't want to be a permanent blockhead, wear a helmet. You can also park at one of the satellite lots and ride your bike from there! KCC, Traip, The Post Office and York Hospital.
It's almost here!
