Bridging the hours between the day-long street festival and the evening entertainment lineup, the Kittery Block Party 5K runners will enjoy a scenic, early-evening run. Runners will cross the finish line to cheering spectators. Proceeds go to the Traip Academy Sports Boosters. Registration is open, and operators are standing by (not really, but it's open). Proudly sponsored by Driscoll Law Offices.

Hey blockheads! Can you carry a tune? How about an amp?
Block’s Got Talent! Are you a singer, an entertainer, a duo, a squirrel that yodels? We want to hear from you!
Here's what this is all about:

- This is a musical talent show (solo, duo, and musical/instrumental acts). Sorry, folks, no bands. Contact us to play at the Foreside Music Festival!
- Vocal acts may use a karaoke track, guitar, or piano as accompaniment.
- Church has a sound system and piano. If you have an additional need for specialized equipment, let us know and we will help if we can.
- Three age groups:
- Children (12 and under)
- Teens (13-19)
- Adults (20 and over)
- Submissions will be via the online form below, with a deadline of May 31st.
- We only have room for 15 acts. If we have more, we will announce finalists by June 7th.
- Each act is allowed max 3.5 minutes.
- Yodeling squirrels need not apply.
Have a few hours to burn? Or want one of the coolest T Shirts on the Seacoast? Come help out at the Block Party and you will be rewarded with that self satisfied feeling that you made a difference. We still need help at the 5K Road Race, breaking down and cleaning up after the event, the talent show and other nighttime festivities.

We are full up for vendors (both kinds!) for this year. We do have a waiting list if you are of the masochistic sort. We get cancellations every now and again.
